TRIPS
Past trips include:
- Democracy Now!: Students visited the television studios to watch a live news broadcast. After watching the broadcast, the students interviewed activists from Flint, Michigan, who were the guests on the show. Students were also able to talk to Amy Goodman, the host of Democracy Now! about her experience as a television news host.
- Bronx Documentary Center: The students spent the afternoon talking to Michael Kamber, the founder of the Bronx Documentary Center, as well as a New York Times award-winning photojournalist.
